Here's the Scoop

Mama Kat's Assignment: Write a poem about the last person you spoke to on the phone, based upon the conversation you had. Of Course, Ella Numera Dos fits this task to a "T."

She inhales ice cream
(unless she's not interested).
She lives for PINK
(except when the color du jour is purple,
or perhaps chartreuse).

She's coming back home this summer
(for a week or 2, max, I'm told),
but is staying within reach
(which is a good thing, no?).

She's a shutterbug,
but not a very cooperative
subject.

She's a good-hearted soul,
with
a
soulful
heart.

She loves her family and friends
(unless they're bugging her).

She hates anyone
who chews gum
(she's the exception, of course).
