Moonscape Melting; More on the Way?

Snowpocalypse

When I left school Thursday nite after the dog & pony show for the 8th-grade parents, I spied, with my little eye, 3 double-long, industrial-strength dumptrucks in the senior parking lot & 2 giNORmous front-loaders on the street in front of the school. I'd say Our Humble High School's share of the Snowpocalypse has diminished by one-half in a week.

Only one problema...more on the way. Good chance, though, this might be what the weather dudes refer to as a "chilly rain event." Here's hoping they're correctamundo~I know that Cate, at Show My Face, has her fingers crossed!

The weather has to be pretty rough when we are wishing for a "chilly" rain event.

I hope it's rain--nothing like a little shower to wash your pile of snow away.

Well, I hope if it is rain, it helps wash away some of that wretched white stuff (which ain't so white anymore) for you!

Have a fabulous weekend!

Good grief, what a lot of snow :)

That is one huge wall of nasty snow. Sending you all some Florida sunshine to melt some of that off for you.

There seems to be something out of whack with your gravity. If the photo is oriented so the trees and the poer pole are level, then the snow is all wrong ...

Oh the snow... OH. THE. SNOW. If I see any more of that stuff falling from the sky I may just strike, or something.

Here's to hoping yours melts and one of us gets relief!

No more snow for you or your area. You've had more than your fair share. It's ridiculous to me when there's so much snow it has to be carted off the premises.

Thanks for playing 6WS!
