one wonders why he was allowed to try it at school -- on the other hand I went out the science class window almost everyday of 8th grade (it was closer to home then the front door).
Oh my, no way! This kid is crazy! When I subbed at a Jr. High one day long ago, I had a kid throw my purse out the window, but at least none of them did this!
I believe I have pictures somewhere of Andrew on the other side of that window and of the day a whole bunch of us went out the window in the old newspaper room with chairs and all.
Bonus: your cherub is wearing a shirt from the park in my neighborhood.
Are you sure you didn't get the sequence out of order and it wasn't a wanna-be journalista trying to break into the Scholastic Scribe's classroom? Love the expression of his face.
He must really not like school! I've never escaped school out a window, I would usually just leave out one of the side doors that didn't have security watching them. Every day during 4th period Spanish I would skip with a friend and go to Taco Bell. No wonder I can't speak Spanish!
Oh ... these photos remind me of my years in the classroom with middle school kids ... always doing SOMETHING outrageous ... just for fun while giving ME grey hair before my time! Hugs and blessings, Small Reflections
Though it's bringing back memories of one of my students leaving one of my classroom windows opened a crack, so that I didn't notice...and then he and his buddies broke into the school that night and tore things up- not in my classroom, though, wasn't that nice? Ah, kids.
