Totally NOT PC!

OK, kids--here's the snap for our Silly Sunday Sweepstakes! Of course, when WE saw this sign, we thought of quite a few totally non-PC captions--but Your Humble Scribe is a high school teacher, after all! The rules here are simple: Take a gander at the photo; come up with a funny caption; post that caption as a comment. It's that easy--and you could be a winner, of sorts!

Here's my caption...

"Slow Children at Play--the Ones Who Were Left Behind."

I am also thinking that urban school teacher has some anger issues? (laughing)

And what's with the knickers on the slow children? I didn't know that Payne Stewart had kids. OK, that was totally un-PC.

Great prompt, Melissa.

I think the appropriate term is "speed-challenged."

If this is where the slow kids are, where are the GT students?

Slow, children at play cops and robbers game. Not responsible for missing hubcaps or tire damage due to home made spike strip. Enter neighborhood at your own risk!

The smart kids are inside, making the most of this brief respite to sit unmolested, and actually learn new things, until the slow kids are finished playing and come back inside, bringing all advancement to a slamming standstill

Maybe those who need a bit of remediation are on a field trip attending a play. Okay, I tried.:)

Due to budget constraints, the playground was converted into another classroom; thus, we had to force the PE kids into the streets.

I vote for this one:

"Slow Children at Play. Faster Children also at play. Medium paced children also playing; therefore differentiate your driving speed to accommodate all three groups."
